Below is a humorous poem sung by a happy honeybee, celebrating its life and the bustling world of the hive. The poem captures the joy of working with comrades, visiting flowers, collecting nectar, pollinating, helping humanity, and the hive’s lively dynamics with sleeping babies and a busy queen, all in a lighthearted tone.

Oh, I’m a buzzy honeybee, so merry in the sun,
Zippin’ through the flowers, my work’s a ton of fun!
With my comrades by my side, we dance from bloom to bloom,
Sippin’ sweet, sweet nectar in a petal-powered zoom!
We tickle every blossom, spread pollen left and right,
Helpin’ crops and gardens grow—oh, what a glorious sight!
Humanity’s our fan club, they love our golden goo,
Honey’s their sweet treasure, and we’re the sticky crew!
Back home, the babies snooze in cells of wax so fine,
Dreamin’ of their future wings, those sleepy kids of mine.
The queen’s a busy boss-lady, layin’ eggs galore,
Runnin’ our hive like a pro, she’s royalty we adore!
We boogie in the waggle dance to share our flower map,
“Left at the big daisy!”—then off we go, no nap!
Together we’re a family, no grumpies in our throng,
Singin’ “Bzz-bzz, life’s the best!” in our happy honey song!
